Over the years, Perak Road has evolved into a thriving and dynamic community, characterized by its unique mix of populations and vibrant subcultures. This diversity has fostered growth and opportunity but has also led to increasing congestion, which threatens to bottleneck the area and stifle its future potential. To beat this, the linkage of Toa-Lo-Au link literally lift up all the possibilities of the area could offer onto the linking bridge. Making the first of sky hawker and night market in the world.


The linking bridge does not just link the business opportunities along Perak Road. It also channel pedestrians, motorists, hawkers and locals to the affordable housing units, that carry a very unique composition. A composition that turn the outbound community towards an inwards growth magnet with a vibrant and accessible unique local centre. A housing with market place circling the ramp, outdoor steps for the adventurous urban hikers, greenery pocket spaces for the flora enthusiast and eatable landscape to turn greenery into profitable elements for local communities to reduce their carbon footprints.
