GUHCD Dorm @ Vald’Or is a worker dormitory designed to support the region’s rapid industrial growth by providing high-quality, comfortable, and convenient accommodation with ample amenities. Developed by GUH in partnership with an experienced regional player, the project is strategically located in the Valdor Industrial Estate, adjacent to the Batu Kawan Industrial Park and within 10km of both the Penang Science Park and Bukit Minyak Industrial Park. Its close proximity to these key industrial hubs enhances cost efficiency while improving worker productivity through shorter commutes.

Recreational amenities such as badminton courts, outdoor futsal, sepak takraw courts, and a gym room further enhance the quality of life for its residents.
A central landscaped boulevard serves as the main access route, seamlessly connecting all residential blocks and shared facilities, while offering a pleasant, green environment for pedestrians.
