The welcoming entrance lobby offers a spacious, light-filled environment that sets a professional and modern tone. Polished marble-look tiles, minimalist lighting, and glass partitions enhance the sense of openness, while the world map introduction board prominently displays SIMMTECH’s global footprint — immediately reinforcing the company’s international presence and strategic significance. Positioned adjacent to the sculptural spiral staircase, the lobby reflects both elegance and industrial precision.
The 4-storey circular staircase at the lobby is a bold architectural centerpiece, combining structural precision with sculptural elegance. Featuring exposed steel treads, ribbed stringers, and a continuous timber handrail, it spirals gracefully through the space. The contrast between its dark underside and white enclosure enhances its floating effect, making it both a functional connector and a symbol of upward momentum within this high-tech facility.
The factories are designed with efficiency, scalability, and cleanliness at their core, reflecting the high standards of semiconductor manufacturing. The storage area features robust heavy-duty racking systems with safety bumpers, metal mesh decking, and organized aisle spacing — ensuring smooth logistics and high-volume inventory management. The production hall features high ceilings, dust-controlled conditions, and seamless floors, with clearly routed M&E services and bright, even lighting. Its clean, functional design supports high-precision, high-performance manufacturing.
